BZOJ Problem Crawler

Code not working at this moment, won't fix

Need to make dir html/image under current directory.

qxt.txt is not crawled at this moment.

在我学 OI 的时候，流量还没有那么便宜，总是遇到没有 wifi 的环境，所以题目的离线包是实实在在的需求。

如今想必没有人会需要离线包了吧 XD
