包含对一千以内中文数字转换等辅助功能.
环境 py3 pip install -r requirements.txt

Demo.ipynb展示了应用方法.
现状
- 函数基于正则,覆盖基本的规范的表达方式,对特殊的时间表述无法捕捉.
- 目前只支持到天级别,无法捕捉更细粒度的时间段.
