GPUParallelSpatialAdaptiveKDE

The C/C++ implementation of GPU-Parallel and OpenMP-parallel Spatially Adaptive Kernel Density Estimation for Point Pattern Analysis. The OpenMP version is in the 'kde_openmp' directory and the CUDA GPU version in the 'kde_cuda' directory.
