TRiP: Tracking Rhythms in Plants This repository contains the code for a motion detection algorithm for estimating circadian period from leaf movement data.

The code directory contains the original matlab code detailed in the above manuscript as well as a Python version of TRiP.
A protocol for setting up a leaf movement experiment is also provided.
