First Build

Open the solution in Visual Studio Express 2013
Select target x86 or x64
set GAPP project as startup project
Build GAPP or the complete solution

Setup project

The Setup project is a WiX project The Release build of GAPP project has a post build that creates the setup msi file. You need to have Wix Toolkit 3.9 installed.

Note

GAPPSF is in beta stage and included within the GAPP setup.
