Phantom Open Emoji

Phantom Open Emoji is an open-source friendly set of emoji. It was the first Open Source set of emoji available. Unfortunately it did not receive enough funding to create a complete set. In order to create a complete set the emojidex project was created. Check out the emojidex organization on github here
