Automatic ExtractNow script to monitor directory and extract file

This is highly useful for users of sonarr radarr lidarr

You can use it to force extractnow to re-scan directories on faster custom set time intervals and extract files.

For Windows Torrent users who download with UTorrent qBittorrent etc you can use this to monitor your downloads directory and extract downloaded torrent rar zip archives.
