Updates

(07/11/22) As a huge update to this repo, the algo_by_div folder is under daily construction and should eventually contain up-to-date, original implementations of all algorithms and data structures from bronze to gold.

Disclaimer

As of 2022, all implementations should work, but some older ones (before 2022) may be sloppy in terms of spacing/macros. I'm not going to rewrite older implementations, but I'll keep my new ones as neat as possible.
