TrackMania 2020 Platform gamemode scripts

The classic gamemode from TM1 and TM2 arrives back to TM2020!

What is the Platform mode about?

Instead of racing against the time, you have to try to finish the map with as least respawns as possible.

This project contains:

• Platform mode for solo (unfinished)
• Platform mode for multiplayer (about to be finished, I am waiting for your ideas to be added :D )
  • contains both consistent new UI and classic ManiaPlanet / TMUF styled UI
  • based on rounds
• Platform mode for editors - maptype (unfinished)

FAQ

How to add the mode into game?

Download and copy these files into -> "Documents\TrackMania\Scripts"

or if you have TMUF/TMNF installed -> "Documents\TrackMania2020\Scripts" folder

How to build a Platform map?

1. in the map editor, go to 'Map Options' menu and click on 'Change Map Type'
2. browse files and select 'Platform'
3. validate your map with least respawns!

How to play Platform maps? Pick PlatformRounds gamemode for (local) multiplayer and select maps you want to play on.
