This repository is about some statistics and visualization tool about microtremor.

cluster

1. Use scikit-learn to cluster the microtremor data(spac, hvsr and etc.).
2. Use spac data to calculate the vs30. 1. Use Pytorch to classify the microtremor data(spac, hvsr).
2. A bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM) layer is an RNN layer that learns bidirectional long-term dependencies between time steps of time series or sequence data.
