This is a maintained guide with the aim of providing an introduction to various online tracking techniques, online ID verification techniques, and detailed guidance to creating and maintaining (truly) anonymous online identities. <span style="color: red">It is written with hope for activists, journalists, scientists, lawyers, whistle-blowers, and good people being oppressed, censored, harassed anywhere!</span> This guide has no affiliation with the Anonymous ^[Wikiless] ^{[Archive.org]} collective/movement.
