Requirements & Obtaining

• Python 2.7 is recommended.
• Biopython.
• Matplotlib (For installation see )
• Numpy (For installation see)

#To install matplotlib, numpy on Mac os
sudo pip install matplotlib
sudo pip install numpy

• Currently, the tree is hosted on Github, and can be obtained via:

https://github.com/AnimaTardeb/G4-hunter.git

Launching

Follow the instruction bellow:

cd path/to/G4Hunter/repository
python G4Hunter.py -i <inputfile> -o <outputrepository> -w <window> -s <score threshold>
