Twenty Sixteen React is an isomorphic WordPress theme built using NodeifyWP. The theme executes Node.js code directly in PHP utilizing the latest JavaScript technologies:

• NodeifyWP

Twenty Sixteen React is a true isomorphic application within PHP. It provides all the benefits of WordPress and powerful isomorphic Node.js technologies. No separate Node.js/Express server is necessary.

Requirements

• NodeifyWP Environment
• NodeifyWP
• npm

Setup

After properly setting up the NodeifyWP environment:

1. Activate the theme in WordPress
2. Within the theme directory, run the following in the command line:

npm install

3. Enable pretty permalinks in the WordPress admin.
